September has been full of action-packed racing thus far. Here is a quick recap of this weekend's races:

Heat 1 was pretty straightforward up front with Stewart, and Alessi running 1-2 from start to finish. Ferry was holding down third for the majority of the race before Millsaps moved by on Lap 11. Ferry would finish fourth with Millsaps' teammates Short, Townley and Tedesco in fifth, sixth and seventh, respectively.

The main event was much the same with JS and MA repeating the performance and Millsaps scooting wire-to-wire in third. Ferry was again fourth while Tedesco snuck in for fifth and the same rank overall. Stewart has a six-point lead over Alessi heading into Round 2 which will kick off next week.
